From now on, the health benefits of Fondazione CRIDA are also available in the Electronic Health Record (FSE). A new service that allows you to have your health documentation always available, can be consulted online in a simple and safe way.
Integration with the FSE is a further step in the path of innovation of our services, in line with the commitment that for over thirty years accompanies us: offering health and social-health services oriented to the person, its autonomy and the improvement of its quality of life.
How to access your medical reports
To consult the documents in the Electronic Health Record of the Tuscany Region you can access with:

- Electronic Identity Card (CIE)
- Electronic Sanitary Card / Sanitaria-CNS Card, if enabled for access to online services
Once authentication is made, you can access your personal area, where the sanitary documents available in the Paper are available. The same environment can also be reached through digital health services provided by the Tuscany Region.
Your health documentation, easier to consult
The Electronic Health Record collects the data and health documents produced by the participating structures in digital format, making them available in a single environment. For CRIDA Foundation patients it means having an extra tool to find their health records in one digital place, without having to look elsewhere.
It is a service that complements our daily work in rehabilitation and assistance, with the aim of making the patient experience easier, accessible and integrated.
One more step towards increasingly digital health
The entry of the CRIDA Foundation reports into the Electronic Health Record is a further development in the digitalisation of healthcare services. Technology thus becomes a concrete tool to facilitate access to information and ensure continuity in the management of its documentation, always keeping the person at the center of the path of care and rehabilitation.
The activation of the service is part of the PNRR – Mission 6 Health, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
