Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

Non-compliance

  • Some PDF documents (financial statements, forms, earlier Service Charters) lack the tag structure required by screen readers (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2).
  • Voice navigation only works in browsers supporting speech recognition (Chrome, Edge); it is unavailable on Firefox and partly on Safari. All functions remain usable by keyboard.
  • User reviews are shown only in Italian in the English and Chinese versions.

Disproportionate burden

  • Archive of administrative documents published before 2025: conversion to accessible PDF is in progress gradually. An accessible version is provided promptly on request.

Content outside the scope

  • Maps and videos embedded from external services (Google Maps, YouTube), not controlled by the Foundation. Addresses and information are always also provided as text.

How to obtain an accessible version

If a document or content is not accessible, you can request an alternative version (text, structured Word file or assisted reading) from our Public Relations Office. We provide it free of charge within 30 days.

Website accessibility features
