The Integrated Gandhi project is included in the P.O.F of the Gandhi Comprehensive Institute of Prato and is monitored by the Ministry of Education as good practice at national level.
The intervention of the CRIDA Foundation began in 1998 to give a concrete and effective positive contribution, through the presence of 3 its specialized operators, to the problem of the inclusion in a primary and secondary school of 1° degree of pupils with severe disability of the autistic spectrum, with serious problems of communication, self-harm and aggressiveness.

For this difficult intervention our operators are constantly trained on behavioral cognitive working methodologies and indications to structured teaching of the program T.E.A.C.C. H (Trattazione ed Educazione del Bambino Autistico e con Handicap della Comunicazione), del Method ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and C.A. A. (Alternative Increase Communication).
Operators put their knowledge, competence and experience in specific areas such as the whole school year to serviceautonomy, theadapted motor activity and the various laboratories with the aim of facilitating communication, reducing problem behaviour, so as to facilitate the inclusion of disabled pupils in activities adapted with peers.
